Today’s post is a very special one for me. I’ll be sharing with you the 4 people that influenced me in a positive way, and that had a major impact in both my personal life and my online business in the year 2011 and still continue to.
It’s my belief that every successful person has that one person, or many that has influenced them in one way or another.
Whether it be Bill Gaits, Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, Tony Robbins, Frank Kern, celebrity, non celebrity, etc. It doesn’t matter who.
The point here is that all these people, all these successful people had someone that steered their lives in the direction of total success.
And this is what these 4 people did for me in one way or another.
Josh Bartlett – Creator of Easy Video Player: The best video marketing software ever. From Josh I learned the importance of good, solid, quality products, and most important of all, service.
Josh has only one product, EVP. He relaunches it once per year, and makes a killing. Why? Because he continuously and consistently improves on the quality of this one product. Making it bigger and better for the end user.
I compare it to the iPhone. There’s only one iPhone. But Apple continues to improve and make it better. Hell, there’s like 10 versions of the iPhone, lol …and I still continue to purchase each and every model. It’s sick I know ;-)
Because of Josh, I now focus on great service and putting out the best quality stuff I can. I’m proud to call him my friend.
Favorite Josh Bartlett quote…
Keep the customer first. Think about them before you think about the figures…
Pat Flynn – From the Smart Passive Income Blog: I recently got introduced to Pat not to long ago and he has become one of my favorite bloggers and people on the net. His transparency, his originality makes him a marketer like no other.
Pat has influenced and motivated me to take blogging to the next level. Now I’ve always been into blogging. I’ve always had a personal blog. But I just use to write on my blog for my list, that’s it.
It was never my intent to publish stuff for everyone. But after reading and listening to some of Pat’s stuff, I realized that I had something more than just a blog. I had something that people actually enjoyed and found very valuable.
Because of Pat, I can now pursue one of my true passions, which is blogging. Pat is also responsible for me starting another long time passion of mine, which is Podcasting. I launched it on Feb 4th, hope you guys enjoy it. (click here to listen)
Favorite Pat Flynn quote…
It’s all about working hard now so you can sit back and reap the rewards later…
Frank Kern – Creator of Mass Control: What can I say about this clown, lol. Who’s life hasn’t Frank changed…
I first got introduced to Frank back in 2008. I was a complete mess at that time, as far as internet marketing goes.
Frank taught me to be myself. Taught me to be real. He taught me the importance of just being cool with people.
With Frank’s guidance I was able to accomplish goals I thought I could never, ever achieve. Belief is a huge part of success. With out it, (like Kern’s says) you’re hosed.
Frank says it best…
Get off your ASS and get to work!
In other words. Believe in yourself and take massive action. It’s the only way you will ever see any kind of results.
Trey Smith – The App System Guy: This guy is a complete nut case, haha. But let me tell ya. Trey has been the biggest influence and has had the biggest impact in my life and in my Internet Marketing career.
In 2011 I modeled my business after Trey’s. Everything from the courses I create, my private members program, to even my iPhone App business.
I was introduced to Trey from good ol’ cousin Frank. It’s been the best thing ever for me. My business skyrocketed just by implementing everything I learned from Trey.
I can honestly say that financially, Trey has made the biggest impact. Thanks homie ;-)

Kicking ass and taking names…
Much Love and Thanks ;-)
These are the 4 people that most influenced me and had the biggest impact in my life personally, and financially. I thank and love each and every one of them for what they’ve done for me.
I share this with you because I strongly believe that if these guys can do this for me, that they can do the same for you. Even if it’s just one of them.
It’s my way of paying it forward. And if I can say something that’s even remotely, somewhat influential, that would be…
Listen, Learn, and Implement…
I’ve said it before and I’ll saying again. You must listen to everything I say, learn as much as you can, and when you’re done listening and learning, you must go out there and implement.
It’s the only way you can see any kind of results. Good or bad. As long as you have some kind of results to analyze, you can optimize for maximum results.
Peace and I love ya for free ;-)
